This webinar will address the Basics for Hospitality and Retail Design. The focus of the seminar includes mercantile stores, retail malls and restaurant establishments.
Topics that are discussed in this presentation include learning objectives:
- Review of key Code definitions
- Understanding people movement
- Understanding compartmentation & fire separations,
- Learning washroom requirements
- Understanding code requirements for interior finishes and flame spread ratings

Kim refined her skills as a Code consultant in Ontario and Alberta with Larden Muniak Consulting Inc. She then provided in-house consulting for Riddell Kurcazba Architecture Engineering Interior Design Ltd. before incorporating her own consulting firm in 2015.
